About the Gallery

Opened in 1980, the Gallery principally stocks late 19th & early to mid 20th century
oils and watercolours, as well as some work in pastel and pencil.

Subject-matter is diverse, and whilst most paintings are by British artists,
some Irish and French works are often in stock.

There is also a small selection of contemporary work, particularly
African wild-life paintings by Edmund Barker.
